David J. McNally, Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. McNally joins Titan after serving as the founder, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Domain Surgical Inc., founded in 2009, Domain is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. McNally brings substantial experience in areas of extraordinary leadership skills with all facets of building innovative medical device companies including clinically-focused product design and development, capital formation, regulatory clearance, and commercialization. Mr. McNally earned an MBA from the University of Utah, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, Easton, PA and is the co-inventor of more than 30 U.S. and international patents associated with ferromagnetic surgical devices and systems, electromagnetic and ultrasonic sensors, and medical fluid delivery systems.

Stephen D. Randall, CPA, CGA, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Randall is a CPA, CGA with over 30 years’ experience and has served as chief financial officer, for several public and private companies and government organizations, including “start-up” companies. Mr. Randall brings substantial experience in areas such as finance, capital markets, tax planning and compliance, information technology management, mergers and acquisitions and operations management. He has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor.

Commercial Team

Jasminder Brar, Director of Strategic Development and Intellectual Property

Mr. Brar brings together over 10 years of technical, business and legal experience to lead Titan’s intellectual property efforts including portfolio development, risk mitigation, technology licensing and due diligence. Prior to joining Titan, Mr. Brar practiced law with a leading Canadian intellectual property firm and before that worked in Silicon Valley as a design and marketing engineer in the semiconductor area.  He holds a LLB and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Manitoba.

Perry A. Genova, PhD, VP Research and Development

Dr. Genova is an accomplished, innovative, and seasoned executive who, over a career spanning 30 years, has been recognized for building and leading successful teams in both small and multi-national companies.  He has led four startup medical device companies and has broad expertise across pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer product industries.  He received PhD and MS degrees in Biomedical Engineering from UNC Chapel Hill and a BS in Electrical Engineering from UNC Charlotte.  Dr. Genova is a co-inventor on 55 issued and pending US patents and co-author of over 30 scientific papers and presentations.

Frederic Nahon, VP Sales EMEA & Asia

Mr. Nahon brings 20 years of successful experience in complex and disruptive sales management in robotic surgery in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets. With his years of successful tenure at Intuitive Surgical and Stereotaxis, he has a proven track record in new market development including building relationships with the scientific community and management of Key Opinion Leaders in diverse surgical disciplinary markets. Mr. Nahon has the capacity to work in dynamic startup environments, to build strong teams and manage a distribution network around EMEA region.

Sachin A. Sankholkar, VP Marketing

Mr. Sankholkar is a 20+ year’s medical device industry veteran. During his 15+ years at Intuitive Surgical, Mr. Sankholkar held a variety of product management roles where he launched 40+ instruments over 3 robotic platforms for several surgical specialties during the vital early years of product adoption. Mr. Sankholkar enjoys an extensive robotic surgeon network with a proven track record of building strong Key Opinion Leaders relationships and facilitating successful adoption of robotic technology to the required standard of care. Mr. Sankholkar earned an MBA from University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA and holds a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Chris Seibert, VP Business Development

Mr. Seibert has 12+ years in the medical device industry spanning Clinical Sales, Sales Leadership, Strategic Planning and Product Development at companies ranging from those with a very mature product life cycle to early stage, pre-submission products. Mr. Seibert has an in-depth, national network of innovative physicians and healthcare executives. Mr. Seibert has worked for four start-up companies and has extensive relationships across the IDN/GPO landscape. Mr. Seibert has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama, a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of South Alabama.
